Silver Birth Package
Includes:
Prenatal Home Visit
2 prenatal one hour
home visits to discuss your birth plan and pain options. Positions and counter pressures. What to pack in your hospital bag and go over whatever questions you might have.
Labor & Delivery
I will be on call 24/7 (2 weeks before to 2 weeks after your due date) to answer any questions and give you support through text, phone call, or email. Once you are in labor and ready for me to be with you, I will be there to support you physically, emotionally and mentally as you go through the birthing process. I will guide you and walk you and your partner through how to get the best birthing experience you can have.
Postpartum Home Support
1 postpartum visit within 1 week to help you transition your new addition into the home. We will talk about your birth story to fill in an gaps, feeding, sleep, mental health and anything else you may have on your mind.
Services
Gold Birth Package
Includes:
You will receive everything included in the Silver Birth Package plus a total of 10 postpartum hours. You can use them as two 5-hour day shift hours to help you get baby's space ready, talk through anything you have questions about, do light housekeeping, fold baby's laundry, just sit with baby so you can shower and catch a nap, read your favorite book or binge your favorite show. Or you can choose to have one 10-hour overnight shift to help you catch up on some much-needed sleep.
Platinum Birth Package
Includes:
You will receive everything included in the Silver and Gold Birth Packages plus an additional two 5-hour days shifts or 1 additional overnight, for a total of 20 hours of in-home support, and a massage at your choice of masseuse, my treat, during one of the days I am with baby.
Postpartum Support Services
With a Postpartum Doula, you will receive an emotional supportive person that offers a listening, non-judgemental ear, accompanied by compassionate support.
As your day shift Doula, I offer:
Feeding support, whether breast/chest-feeding or bottle feeding, help organize baby's space, sleep education and advice for the whole family, as many tips and tricks as possible for baby and parents, light housekeeping, or I can just sit with baby while you shower and/or take a nap. I will also answer as many of your questions as I possibly can and find you the answers I can't.
As your overnight Doula, I offer:
Full baby care while you and everyone in your house catches up on much needed sleep. I will take notes throughout the night so you know how your baby has done with diapers, eating and sleep.
